Know Your Rights on Taka77

Taka77 supports deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and standard bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Taka77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Deposits are credited to your taka77 account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by the taka77 finance team. Most withdrawals are completed within minutes during business hours.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus rules apply across all taka77 promotions.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Taka77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploiting technical errors — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on taka77. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the taka77 platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the taka77 platform for financial gain.

Taka77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to the situations listed below.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

• A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
